Congrats Mike Trout, New Addition of the Angels
Congratulations Mike Trout, Rookie of the Year. You will be needing some great advice over the years of your career. Follow these, and you will be the best of your time!
Hire a “Great” Agent
Hire an agent that gives you long-term contracts for the least amount of money!
Play Like a Ten Year Old
Frolic around in the outfield dropping fly balls and throwing the ball to the opposite direction. Also, make sure when you’re batting to swing at all pitches like you’re holding a golf club.
Cause Drama.
Get drunk, get in fights, and make sure to get arrested and you will be all over ESPN the next day!
Bryce Harper is Better.
You remember Bryce Harper, your opposing Rookie of the Year winner? Instead of fatiguing yourself to be better than him, just let him steal your thunder! I mean he is younger than you.
Good Contracts
Make sure to sign really short contracts with really bad teams, it will really look good in your career. Just sign a two year contract with the Astros! Not only will your fans back in Anaheim adore you even more, but you’re going to be on one of the best teams in baseball!
Juice Up!
Everything good happens to people who use Performance Enhancing Drugs. Just look at Barry Bonds! I mean who wouldn’t want a cool looking asterisk next to your name in the record book?
